Meet Mace!

Hey there! I’m Mace, a manual and energetic therapist with a deep relationship to the physical and spiritual bodies.

I began my journey in the realm of healing therapies in July 2015. I always knew I would build my life around the service of others, but had no idea that my hands had the capacity to heal. As soon as I stepped into the community of healers at Colorado School of the Healing Arts, my curiosity about massage turned from an optional career path to a passion-filled, existence changing lifestyle.

After devoting over a year to the completion of CSHA’s accredited program, I began practice at a studio in Golden, CO that allowed the resources for continuing education modalities. Every step into new work spaces was greeted with expansion, growth, connection and learning opportunities. Now, with over 8 years of experience and continual education under my belt, I am trained in cupping therapy, ashi atsu, graston and fascial scraping, reiki/energy healing, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal, aromatherapy, Swedish, Thai massage, TMJ massage, cranial sacral and myofascial release.

My technique usually ensues slow, intentional strokes working with individual muscle fibers to create a sense of space and safety for the body to release into.

I have a devotion to my clients that prompts me to make the most healing experience out of every session.

Meet Ryan Ann

Hi! I’m so happy you’re here. I’m the founder of Natura Bodywork Collective and I’ve been a professional licensed massage therapist since 2013. I went to The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs. I received an extensive certification in Neuromuscular Therapy. After graduating that program, I worked for a Neuromuscular Therapy specific office and learned all I could over a span of several years. I then continued my love for education and dove deep into several forms of myofascial release, including barefoot massage (Ashiatsu).

I fell hard for Ashiatsu for its fascial engagement capabilities. I practiced for six years, leading me to create what is now our In Motion Mat session. With my constant need to learn more, I became certified in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial cupping.

I love all things movement and gait patterns which encouraged me to be a Certified Personal Trainer as well to get a better understanding of how the body moves. I’ve completed my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Dr. Sarah Duvall’s Pregnancy & Postpartum CES, and most recently her Pelvis Pro certification. All of which have lead me to a deeper understanding of optimal function.

In the last year, I’ve found RAPID NeuroFascial Reset and have started my journey into this effective modality. I’m really excited to add these skills into my practice and provide the best care for my clients who are looking for quick results.

When I’m not doing what I love at Natura, I’m most certainly outside doing something with my family and two huskies. Hiking, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, it’s our self care. I’m also constantly working at my own mobility and how I can better my overall function. I’m a big believer in practicing what I preach to my clients.
